KEY INFORMATION
Heat oil and saute raw mango slices. Dissolve the jaggery in a little water and add to the mangoes. Add the asafoetida, chilli powder, salt and roasted cumin powder. Add some water and let it cook till the mangoes are well done but crunchy. Finish by adding some lemon juice.
