PREPARATION
1. Mix 150g Custard Powder, 300ml coconut milk, 160g caster sugar and 700ml water. Stir until smooth and then strain. 2. Continue stirring vigorously under medium heat until the surface is smooth and shiny (around 15 minutes). 3. Add a can of cream style sweet corn and stir for a while. 4. Pour into a mould and set aside to cool before serving.
