PREPARATION
Mix 1 tablespoon (15 ml*) Extra Virgin Golden Flax Seed Oil with oatmilk or soya milk, salad, dishes, rice, pasta, porridge, juice etc. Twice daily. (*1 teaspoon (5ml) for children)
STORAGE INFORMATION
Keep refrigerated or store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 months for its best quality. Freezing can prolong shelf life for up to 2 years. Do not heat it or use for cooking.
