PREPARATION
- 1. Heat oil in non-stick wok on medium heat
- 2. Add chicken, mushrooms and sausages, then stir-fry for 3-4 minutes
- 3. Add rice, Spice paste and soy sauce, then stir-fry for 2 minutes
- 4. Transfer to a claypot or rice cooker
- 5. Cover and cook greatly for 5 minutes on low heat before garnish and serving hot
