Dr Gram Organic Buckwheat Flat Noodles are made using certified organic hulled buckwheat and certified organic plain flour, sea salt and filtered water. Buckwheat is known to be rich in protein, B Vitamins, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, folate, zinc, copper, and manganese. It is also a source of fibre and is a rich source of flavonoids, particularly rutin. Suitable for vegans or vegetarians. Contains wheat gluten.

PREPARATION
Add to boiling water and cook for approximately 5 to 6 mins. Adjust cooking duration according to prefered texture of noodles. Use in your favourite soup dishes, stir fry, or mix with your favourite sauce.
