Thai Hom Mali is the highest grade of long grain superior rice with an aromatic fragrance. It is prized for its unique fragrance and smooth silky texture. It also bears the sweet, fragrance jasmine scent that its name carries.

PREPARATION
-For best results, remove excess starch prior to cooking by thoroughly rinsing the rice in cold water 2-3 times.
– Mix rice and water in the ratio of 1 cup rice to 1.2 cups water. Increase or reduce water ratio to adjust the final texture accordingly.
– Place the rice in a rice cooker and begin the cooking process. Upon completion, simmer for approximately 5 minutes. Fluff the rice by mixing gently and serve warm.
