Originating from Japan, Arawana Japonica Rice is sown on the fertile alluvial fields of the Mekong Delta. The round and white grains are soft when cooked, retaining their delicious taste even when cooled. Suitable for everyday meals, sushi, rice balls and other Asian delicacies.

-For best results, remove excess starch prior to cooking by thoroughly rinsing the rice in cold water 2-3 times.
– Mix rice and water in the ratio of 1 cup rice to 1.2 cups water. Increase or reduce water ratio to adjust the final texture accordingly.
– Place the rice in a rice cooker and begin the cooking process. Upon completion, simmer for approximately 5 minutes. Fluff the rice by mixing gently and serve warm.
